  1.           This book is compilation of basic legal information in
  2.      electronic book format designed for non-lawyers, although lawyers
  3.      may also find the information useful.  The information and
  4.      knowledge contained in the book is critical for litigators
  5.      requiring a basic understanding in battles with out-of-control
  6.      government bureaucrats, including the Internal Revenue Service.

  8.           1798-R.EXE is a self-extracting file.  To run simply type
  9.

  12.           at the DOS prompt.  You may want to create a separate sub-
  13.      directory first and extract 1798-R.EXE to that sub-directory to keep
  14.      the files separate from others on your hard or floppy drive.

  16.           Once the files are self-extracted, simply type

  20.           at the dos prompt to run the electronic book.  Highlight a
  21.      chapter and press <ENTER> to read the chapter.  A self-explanatory
  22.      menu is at the bottom of the screen.  The <F1> function key
  23.      provides an additional help menu.

  25.           1798-R.EXE is public domain offered in the interest of self-
  26.      education and knowledge.  However, it took the author hundreds of
  27.      hours in researching, compiling, and writing the chapters.  Any
